How much is Germaine’s Luau?

Germaine’s is one of the better-value luaus on Oahu, but the headline “from $128” hides a few moving parts: which package, how old everyone is, whether you take the coach, and where you book. Here is the full 2026 price picture in one place.

These are Germaine’s own published prices, tax included. Children 3 and under are free. If you drive, parking is $5 cash per car on Makai and Original, free on Plumeria. For a couple coming by coach that makes Makai $326, Original $404 and Plumeria $484; the Plumeria jump is smaller than it first looks because the coach is already in it. Discounts and coupon codes

Three routes are worth checking. Booking direct at germainesluau.com, the official site advertises a 10 percent promo code (LUAU10 at the time of writing) and kamaʻaina rates for Hawaii residents. On the Viator listing the price starts at the same $128, and Viator periodically runs sales on it (15 percent off in late September 2026); the Viator booking also adds free cancellation to 24 hours and reserve-now-pay-later, which matters for an outdoor event you might need to move. Activity-pass bundles and hotel activity desks sometimes carry their own deals too. Check the night you want on both the official site and Viator; the cheaper one on the day is the right one.

What else to budget

Gratuities are not included. A few dollars per drink at the bar, around $5 per person for the coach driver and a tip for Plumeria table servers is customary. Extra drinks beyond your tickets are paid at the bar, and posed photos with the dancers are an optional extra (one reviewer paid $30). Why do luaus cost this much at all? One ticket covers dinner, drinks, a full cast of dancers and musicians, an all-day imu roast and a private beach venue, and often the bus; at $128 Makai sits at the low end of Oahu luaus, most of which run from the low $100s to well over $200.
